This test is excluded on macOS due to platform-specific limitations:

REASON: system() and popen() with shell commands hang on macOS when the parent
process has active child processes. This test requires:
1. system() calls to run bpsource/bpsink for bundle transmission tests
2. system() calls for process management (pkill, pgrep)
3. popen() with "ps aux | grep" to verify process states during span management

The test performs span start/stop operations and needs to verify that bundles
are properly queued and delivered. These verification steps hang on macOS.

The core functionality tested (LTP span management API) is sufficiently covered
by tests on Linux/Solaris where these system calls work reliably.
